"I started trying to lose weight a few months ago by eating a healthy diet. I lost some weight but then hit a plateau. Gaye evaluated me and gave me a workout plan for three days a week. I have never been able to consistently stick with exercise, so I was skeptical. However, within two months, I lost 7 pounds and over 13 inches. I was thrilled! I now have more energy, weigh less than I have in decades, and feel so much better. I highly recommend her!"

"My mobility had gotten so bad I needed to go to physical therapy for a month for treatment. It helped, but after that I knew I needed a structured program to keep what I had gained and make further progress toward a more healthy lifestyle. I'm 10 pounds lighter and much stronger after 3 months with Gaye. I'm not a big fan of working out, but she has structured a plan I can manage and that changes as I progress. Very pleased with the results."

"I had difficulty staying on track with health goals when I began having frequent migraines. Between medications that increase appetite and not feeling well, my weight steadily increased and I became discouraged. I decided to try working with Gaye and her help has been invaluable. She helped me understand what foods to eat especially when taken medications that can impact my appetite. She also developed different levels of exercise plans depending on what I could tolerate and my busy schedule. Most of all she offered encouragement that was more valuable than I had imagined it would be. In just two months I lost almost 10 lbs and a total of 7 inches. Even with the challenges of migraines, I am now hopeful that I can continue with my health goals again."

"When I first came to Gaye, I was uncertain and ashamed of my body and how I had let it go. In the first week, I could tell that Gaye made it so I could actually do it and be successful. I gained confidence and strength no just in my body, but also my mind. She made it fun and taught me modifications to address a previous injury. Working out with Gaye and Advance Wellness has helped me mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I can see changes as each week progresses. I’m stronger in all areas. I would encourage anyone at any age to give it a chance. Because if I can do it, you can do it."

"I’ve known Gaye for over 10 years; we met at the gym where she was teaching boot camp style classes. It was quickly evident to me that she was more than a trainer. To build a successful program/relationship where exercise/nutrition is involved, you have to have trust. Gaye can be trusted to build a great full body program and push you when needed. She knows your limits and knows when it’s time to push past them. She’s a friend, mentor, workout partner and psychologist. She really is professionally a psychologist! I’m not sure if it’s a great thing to have a trainer that’s also a psychologist?!?! Yes, it is! Gaye also points out the importance of physical movement and nutrition. For the past year I’ve worked out and have become so strong and have no more joint pain. I’ve not lost any weight because I have not focused on nutrition. Over the last few weeks, I have focused and already lost 5 lbs. SHE WAS RIGHT!! Overall, I’m in a much better place physically and mentally and that’s largely due to me choosing Gaye as my fitness and nutrition coach and most importantly as a friend."
